Hyacinth finally has her freedom after a loveless marriage. She plans on doing all of the things her husband forbid her from doing during her marriage and she is NOT going to let her fussy neighbor get in her way.
Tom has just gotten his heart broken and wants nothing more than to get on with his life and have nothing to do with love, ever again. When he gets a new neighbor that seems to be a merry widow having the time of her life, he knows he wants nothing to do with her....that is until he meets her.
While Tom wants nothing to do with love, he isn't against having an affair with his new neighbor. This is fine with Hyacinth, as she never plans to marry again. But what happens with both of their hearts become engaged, will they change their minds?
I'm so glad that Tom got his HEA!! I just adored Hyacinth and she was perfect for him. I loved watching these two banter back and forth and watch their feeling turn from one of just physical attraction to that of true love.
This was a great addition to the Wicked Husbands series! Fingers are crossed that there is another book to this series as there are two characters that I would love to see come together!!
