Julia finds herself stuck in a tree when she tries to rescue a kite. When Garrett comes to her rescue, she finds her life turned upside down. Garrett has had one mistress for most of his life, the open sea. But he has come to the point in his life when he starts to want more. When he mets Julia, he realizes that she is what he needs in his life. But she has reservations about getting involved with him. Can he get her to open up enough to help them both get what they want?
I really enjoyed Julia and Garrett's story. I loved the bantering between these two and how they were able to get the duke to back away from his threat of taking Julia's son away from her. This was a great addition to the First Comes Love series.
