I really enjoyed Val and Isabelle's story! It was a reunion story, which is always one of my favorites!
Val and Isabelle knew each other 10 yrs ago when he was at university. They had a fling and they both went on with their lives, but never forgot about the other. When they meet up again, Isabelle is a tutor and the family she works for ends up staying at Val's home. Will this reunion turn into something more?
I loved that Isabelle was an unconventional character. She was a scholar and took a job that showcased her talents. Val appreciated her skills and they made her that much more attracted to her. This was a great quick read and I'm excited to read the next in the series!
